WHAT IS THE EB-5 VISA?

EB-5 (Employment-Based Fifth Preference) is a U.S. immigration-by-investment program established by the U.S. Congress in 1990 under the Immigration Act of 1990 to attract foreign investment capital and create jobs for workers in the United States.

The investor contributes capital to a project run by a USCIS-designated Regional Center, without day-to-day management.

No need to directly manage the project

Phỏng vấn & ghép nhà tuyển dụng
- Sang Mỹ nhận thẻ xanh (2 năm) – thực hiện trong thời hạn Visa Định cư Mỹ
- Sở hữu thẻ xanh có điều kiện 21 tháng:
- Duy trì khoản đầu tư Dự án tạo ra đủ việc làm Thời gian cư trú tại Mỹ
- Nộp hồ sơ xin xóa điều kiện I-829 (3 tháng trước khi hết hạn thẻ xanh đầu tiên)
- Chấp thuận I-829 và nhận được thẻ xanh vĩnh viễn
Hoàn vốn đầu tư $800,000 nhận lại theo điều khoản hợp đồng dự án
