Eligibility requirements

Đối với đương đơn

  • Là doanh nhân, nhà quản lý cấp cao hoặc là chủ công ty tại Việt Nam có nhu cầu sang Mỹ để phát triển công việc kinh doanh, đầu tư hoặc hướng đến mục tiêu định cư Mỹ.
  • Đã làm việc cho Công ty tại Việt Nam tối thiểu 1 năm trong 3 năm trước khi nộp đơn.

Đối với doanh nghiệp

  • Công ty tại Việt Nam đã hoạt động tối thiểu 1 năm.
  • Có trên 10 nhân sự.
  • Có lợi nhuận và đóng thuế doanh nghiệp đầy đủ.
  • Công ty ở Việt Nam phải là chi nhánh, công ty con hoặc là công ty có đồng sở hữu với công ty ở Mỹ.
  • Có thể mở mới công ty ở Mỹ hoặc đầu tư, mua lại công ty đã đang hoạt động.
